USB Business Card Sizes Plastic USB Business Cards are available in different sizes and materials. A standard credit card size (85.5 x 54mm) is our most popular, but smaller cards such as the 60 x 30 key tag or circular shape media card are are great option too! Memory Sizes Choose from 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 or 128 GB USB Memory Sticks! Smaller memory sizes are cheaper to produce, so determine how much space you need for your data and then choose the most appropriate amount of memory for your USB Business Card. Send us your data packet and it will be preloaded onto the cards during production. Want to load the data yourself? That’s okay too, we can supply the USB business cards blank so you can upload the files to your individual cards as required. This is a great option if you want to have client-specific data loaded onto the card. Finishes Choose between a gloss or matt finish for your card for your opaque plastic card. Alternatively, choose a fully transparent plastic card! These cards are printed digitally (CMYK), so specialised finishes such as UV spot gloss and Metallic Foiling cannot be used. Plastic Card Thickness Due to the USB component of the card, the thickness of these plastic cards is between 1.5 and 2mm, dependent on the size of the memory you choose.
